Hi sweet friend,

Lately, I’ve been feeling the weight of it all — the rising cost of groceries, the stress of making ends meet, the constant stream of unsettling news. It’s hard not to feel like the world is spinning right now, and for many of us, the reality of what’s unfolding isn’t just “stressful” — it’s life-altering.

I created this meditation not as a solution, but as a soft place to land.

A pause.

A breath.

A reminder that even in the face of uncertainty, there’s a part of you that remains steady.

This practice isn’t about bypassing the very real challenges we’re facing.

It’s not about pretending everything’s okay when it’s not.

It’s about making space — for what you’re feeling, for what’s true, and for your nervous system to soften, even for a moment.

It’s an invitation to come back to the present moment, where your power lives.

It’s a micro act of resistance.

To notice what’s arising within you, name it, and let it move through.

To remember that you are not your thoughts, your fear, or your overwhelm — you are the awareness behind it all.

I hope it offers a little piece calm in all this chaos.
