About Kamela
I’m Kamela Celeste, a Holistic Nourishment & Mindfulness Coach 🇲🇽🏳️🌈🩷💜💙Dedicated to helping you reduce stress, release tension, and reconnect with yourself—mind, body, and spirit. My journey into holistic wellness began after recovering from an eating disorder and competing in bodybuilding competitions. As life unfolded, I was diagnosed with PCOS, ADHD, and anxiety (as an adult—who knew!). It is through these experiences that fueled my passion for creating sustainable, holistic solutions that empower others to feel lighter, calmer, and more aligned in their daily lives.
With over a decade in the wellness industry, I hold certifications in Holistic Health Coaching, Personal Training (NASM), Stretch Therapy, and Herbalism. And in a previous life, I also worked as a Reformer Pilates Instructor (one of my favorite ways to move!). Now, I blend mindful movement, personalized nourishment, and stress relief tools to help you build your very own toolkit for long-term balance and self-care.
When I’m not writing or creating content for you here, you’ll find me sipping on a matcha latte before a lift or Pilates class, curled up with a fantasy or personal development book, or hanging out with my two kitties, Kylo and Sagan. I’m a native Houstonian living in Denver, an Enneagram Type 3, INFJ, and a proud Capricorn moon and rising with a Sagittarius sun—always striving for growth, groundedness, and a little adventure.
